I am a composer and sound artist working across a variety of media forms.
While living and performing as a singer-songwriter in Glasgow, UK, my love for film and electronic music were combined as I ventured into composition for other artforms. Having returned to Melbourne after many years abroad I’m stoked to have reconnected with Australian arts and media while maintaining focus internationally.
In the advertising realm, I have worked alongside agencies such as The Monkeys, Cummins & Partners, SDWM, Truce Films, Mr Smith and Risk Sound, composing music for major campaigns with brands such as, BP, Kraft, CPA, TAC, Vicks, Peters, Movember and Porter Davis.
In 2020 I scored music for the documentary The Hunt and the acclaimed short film If I Quit Now. I’m currently working on some other longer form projects that I’m excited to share soon.
I have also worked on a raft of Melbourne theatre projects as well as created sound design and music for installations and other live performances.
I’m the singer and songwriter for the band Open Swimmer, releasing the followup to our debut album Canyon this year.
Working from my beautiful home studio in the coastal town of Point Lonsdale, Vic., I’m a little too excited about surfing and I thrive best on black filter coffee.
